The Balance, a benevolent deity who personifies the harmony between good and evil, sensed a tremor in the cosmos. The Titans’ power far outweighed that of the Creations and would result in total annihilation of the Creations themselves. This threatened to tip the scales in favour of evil, throwing The Materium into chaos and potentially spreading throughout the Multiverse.

Recognising the gravity of the situation at hand, The Balance called forth The Quadro, a council of the most powerful deities, to create a new deity: The Sword.

Through her light, The Sword would lead the Creations into battle against the Titans, giving them strengths that made them a worthy foe to such a large and powerful opponent. At first, The Sword and The Quadro sought a peaceful solution, however this fell short as not all deities shared the same desires.

The forces of darkness, led by The Hateful Hand, and his accomplices, The Destroyer, The Dark Huntress, and The Forgotten Coin, saw an opportunity in the struggles. Knowing The Allseer would predict every move they could make, they instead worked in unison to create something that could block The Allseer’s sight. This was the moment in history that The Troublemaker would be introduced to the Multiverse, a deity that thrives on chaos for self-gain. The unpredictable nature of The Troublemaker would ensure that The Allseer could not guess the events of what was to happen next, and therefore not hand the information down to the deities on the front line.

The evil forces then rallied the non-divine Titans, the mighty beings whom predated the deities themselves, and whispered promises of power and dominion to them.

The All Lives War was a cataclysmic conflict that ravaged across several planes of existence. The Creations, though numerous, lacked the raw power of the Titans. They fought vigilantly, fuelled by their desire to carve their own destiny and empower their deities. The Quadro wielded divine magics to defend the Creations in their battle, yet the Titans with their eons of experience, brute strength, and backing of the evil deities, were formidable foes.

The war raged on, leaving scars upon the fabrics of reality that are still visible today if you know where and how to look. Celestial bodies collided and the screams of the fallen echoed across the Multiverse. In the end, after a brutal and bloody conflict, one deity’s light shone brightest. The Sword’s strength was unrivalled on the battlefield, her stamina, her will, and her undying loyalty to the Creations. It was this that saw the tide of battle turn in favour of the Creations.

With the power of The Sword leading the way, The Quadro empowered the determination of the Creations and most of the non-divine Titans were vanquished. Most that escaped fled across planes and are lost to time and tales themselves.

The absence of the Titans restored the harmony sought by The Balance and today is regarded as a testament to the deity’s unwavering commitment to an equilibrium. The All Lives War marked a turning point in the history of the Multiverse, forever etching the memory of the consequences of unchecked ambition and the enduring spirit of those who fight for a better tomorrow.

The Sword wanted to kill the evil deities, ending their reign once and for all. However, The Balance knew that no good would come of this and called The Judge into action to sort the issues. This was the separation of good deities and evil gods, and marked the beginning of the era known as The Banished Gods.
