With this vision [[The Maker]] set to work building these power sources, but although she could construct the vessel for life, she couldn’t give life. Together [[The Quadro]] worked tirelessly creating a vast variety of new life. Giving each creation a soul, free will, and the ability to reproduce as it saw fit. Once the creations were completed, they were set free onto the planet to explore, learn, and ultimately die. Many countless centuries passed with no reward from the effort of the [[Cardinal Deities]] and so they became impatient as the horrors of hell grew in power. A council was called to discuss the future of the creations and it was during this council the first prayer was heard.

The prayer was from a young girl known only as Cilla who hoped that something more powerful than herself would bring her father back safe from a dangerous hunt. Each deity heard the prayer, but only one could respond: [[The Everchange]].

Her words as recorded were “child, your father will meet no ill. You have my word”.

As the answer was received, at first Cilla hid amongst her bedsheets. Once her father, Alastor, returned from a successful hunt, she explained the strange phenomenon to him. At first, he brushed it off, but curiosity got the better of him and so before bed one night he prayed for rain to fill the lakes of the planet and to hydrate the crops he had planted. Once again, only one could respond, however this time it was [[The Stormbringer]] who granted this wish.
